and there is no obligation to buy. If
you register with a builder or developer before you have Rod
representing you, there is no obligation for
the builder or developer to deduct the real estate commission
from the price you pay, even though it is built into the price. In
effect, you're paying the builder or developer to be your agent!

new home or condominium you buy must be in the Sarasota-Bradenton Metropolitan
area. Your lender must not object to your receiving the rebate. And
